All excursions and services booked through JoinExcursions.com are subject to the regulations set by Turkish Travel Agencies and Consumer Protection Laws. These laws have been updated to align with European Union consumer rights standards.
Payments
- You can pay for your tour either online at the time of booking or in person on the tour day.
- Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax).
Changes to Excursions
We always strive to provide accurate descriptions of our tours and services. However, certain unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, may require us to modify or change parts of a tour without prior notice.
Deposit Payment for Some Tours
- Some tours require a deposit payment due to supplier policies.
- Deposits may range from 10% to 30% of the total tour price.
- Once the deposit is paid, you will receive an e-ticket confirming your payment details.
Cancellations & Refunds
If We Cancel Your Tour
- If JoinExcursions.com cancels your tour, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- We are not liable for any other expenses beyond the tour price.
If You Cancel Your Tour
- More than 14 days before the tour: Full refund.
- 7 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- 3 days or less before the tour: No refund.
Changing Your Booking
- If you want to change your tour date or switch to a different tour, please inform us at least 2 days before your scheduled tour.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request free of charge.
Passport & Visa Requirements
- If you book a tour from Turkey to Greece, you must have a valid passport.
- EU citizens do not need a visa for these excursions.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
- If you have any complaints about your tour, please speak to our staff during the trip or email us.
- We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- If a dispute cannot be settled directly, it will be handled under the laws of the country where the tour takes place.
