Delivery & Cancellation

All bookings and excursions made through joinexcursions.com are subject to the provisions of the Turkish Travel Agencies and the Association of Travel Agencies Law (Law No. 1618) and the Law on the Protection of Consumers (Law No. 4077). The latter has recently undergone comprehensive revisions to align with the standards of the European Union’s consumer protection framework.

Booking

The individual named first on the booking form (hereinafter referred to as the “Group Representative”) must be duly authorized to make the booking on behalf of all persons included in the reservation, including the parents or legal guardians of any minors under the age of 18. By submitting the booking, the Group Representative affirms possession of such authority and accepts full responsibility for all payments due. The Group Representative must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking.

Payment Terms

For the majority of online excursion reservations, no prepayment is required. Tickets will be issued electronically via email or WhatsApp. The full amount for the excursion is payable on the day of the tour, at the time of hotel pickup. All listed prices are inclusive of applicable VAT.

Website Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change and may occasionally contain errors. We strongly recommend verifying the price of your selected tour at the time of booking. Prices may vary in accordance with fluctuations in exchange rates and other contributing factors. Provided that the website is operating correctly, the price stated in your booking confirmation shall remain fixed, unless you request modifications to your booking.

Issuance of e-Tickets

Following a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email (exceptions may apply), and your excursion tickets will be delivered electronically.

Special Requests

Any special requests should be communicated at the time of booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests and forward them to the relevant service provider, we cannot guarantee fulfillment. Inclusion of a special request on an invoice or confirmation document does not imply acceptance. A request shall be deemed accepted only upon written confirmation from us.

Medical and Health Conditions

You are required to notify us in writing of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your travel arrangements prior to booking confirmation. Any changes to your health status that occur following confirmation must also be reported promptly. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation if relevant information is withheld or if a change in health condition compromises the safety or feasibility of participation.

Customer-Initiated Amendments and Cancellations

Should you wish to modify your booking, please contact us at your earliest convenience. A revised e-ticket will be issued, and the original ticket will become void. No refunds will be issued if the original ticket is used instead of the amended one. If a refund has been processed based on a change and the original ticket is subsequently used, the refunded amount must be reimbursed. For cancellations, please contact our office via telephone or email. A cancellation invoice will be issued and will take effect upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Day Tours

– No refunds are available for cancellations made within 12 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Even if payment has not been made, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the reserved amount to offset incurred expenses.

Package Tours
– No refund for cancellations within 48 hours prior to departure. Cancellations made earlier are eligible for a 50% refund.

Provider-Initiated Changes and Cancellations

In the event that we must make substantial changes to your booking or cancel your excursion prior to commencement, you will be offered the following options:

  1. Acceptance of the amended arrangements,

  2. Transfer to an alternative tour of equivalent value, or

  3. Full cancellation with a complete refund.

Passports and Visas

It is solely your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all necessary passports and visas required for your travel. We accept no liability in cases where entry is denied due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Complaints

Should any issue or discrepancy arise during the course of your excursion, please contact us promptly via email at info@joinexcursions.com or by telephone at +90 536 815 89 22. We are committed to resolving all complaints in a fair and timely manner.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any claims or disputes arising in connection with your booking shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the excursion takes place. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this jurisdiction.
