Delivery & Cancellation

All bookings, excursions, and services made through JoinExcursions.com (operated by Sunny Side Travel, TÜRSAB License No: 16322, under BAUM Travel & Tourism Ltd.) are strictly governed by the provisions of the Turkish Travel Agencies and the Association of Travel Agencies Law (Law No. 1618) and the Law on the Protection of Consumers (Law No. 4077). These regulations are fully aligned with the European Union’s consumer protection framework to ensure the highest standards of safety and reliability for our guests.

1. Booking & Authority

The individual named first on the booking form (hereinafter referred to as the “Group Representative”) must be at least 18 years of age and duly authorized to make the booking on behalf of all persons included in the reservation. This includes possessing the authority of parents or legal guardians for any participating minors. By submitting a booking, the Group Representative affirms this authority and accepts full financial responsibility for all payments due.

2. Payment Terms & Pricing

  • No Prepayment Required: For the majority of our online excursion reservations, no upfront payment is necessary.

  • Pay on the Day: The full amount for your excursion is payable directly to our staff or guide on the day of the tour, at the time of your hotel pickup.

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).

  • Price Guarantee: While website prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations or operational factors, the price stated in your official booking confirmation email will remain fixed and guaranteed, provided you do not request modifications to your itinerary.

3. Issuance of E-Tickets

Following a successful booking, you will receive an instant confirmation. Your official excursion tickets (e-Tickets) will be delivered electronically via Email or WhatsApp. Please have these digital tickets available on your mobile device on the day of your tour.

4. Special Requests & Medical Conditions

  • Special Requests: Any dietary requirements, accessibility needs, or special requests should be communicated at the time of booking. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate these and inform our service providers, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.

  • Health & Safety: For your own safety, you must notify us in writing of any medical conditions, pregnancies, or physical disabilities that may affect your participation prior to confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation if critical health information is withheld, or if participation poses a significant safety risk to the guest.

5. Customer-Initiated Amendments & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please contact our office immediately via telephone or email.

  • Amendments: If you modify your booking, a newly generated e-Ticket will be issued, rendering the original ticket void.

  • Cancellation Invoices: A formal cancellation invoice will be issued upon request and will take effect immediately upon delivery.

Cancellation Policies by Tour Type:

  • Day Tours: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled departure time are strictly non-refundable. If a booking is canceled within this 12-hour window without prior payment, we reserve the right to pursue the reserved amount to offset logistical expenses already incurred.

  • Package Tours (Multi-Day): Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to departure are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to this 48-hour window are eligible for a 50% refund.

6. Provider-Initiated Changes & Cancellations

In the rare event that JoinExcursions.com must make substantial changes to your booking or cancel your excursion due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or operational restrictions), you will be offered the following choices:

  1. Acceptance of the newly amended arrangements.

  2. Transfer to an alternative excursion of equivalent or greater value.

  3. Full cancellation with a 100% complete refund.

7. Passports & Visas

For excursions involving border crossings (e.g., day trips to the Greek Islands), it is solely your responsibility to ensure you possess a valid physical passport and any required visas. JoinExcursions.com accepts no liability, and no refunds will be issued, in cases where entry or boarding is denied due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect documentation.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Your satisfaction is our priority. Should any issue or discrepancy arise during your excursion, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the matter in real-time.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

Any claims, disputes, or legal proceedings arising in connection with your booking or these terms shall be strictly governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, where the excursion services are rendered. By confirming your reservation, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this legal jurisdiction.
