This contract has been arranged in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers (Law No. 6502) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, which mandate the establishment of a formal written agreement for sales realized over the internet.
The subject of this contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law regarding the online sale and provision of tourism services, excursions, and daily tours purchased by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website, www.joinexcursions.com.

2.2. BUYER INFORMATION The BUYER is defined as the individual who registers, books, or purchases an excursion/service through the www.joinexcursions.com website. The contact details, email, and billing address provided by the BUYER during the online reservation process shall be deemed valid for all legal communications.
This contract applies to the specific excursion(s), transfer services, or daily tours selected by the BUYER. The fundamental characteristics of the service (tour name, date, destination, inclusions/exclusions), the total sale price including all applicable taxes (VAT), and the chosen payment method are presented to the BUYER on the booking confirmation page and in the subsequent electronic ticket (e-Ticket) sent via email or WhatsApp.
The BUYER acknowledges that they have read, understood, and electronically confirmed all preliminary information regarding the basic qualifications, sales price, payment methods, and operational details of the service subject to this contract.
Since the subject of this contract is a service (tour/excursion) rather than a physical product, delivery is fulfilled digitally via the issuance of an e-Ticket. The SELLER is responsible for providing the service on the specified date and time outlined in the booking confirmation.
If the payment is not successfully processed or is canceled by the bank/financial institution due to unauthorized credit card use, the SELLER is relieved from its obligation to provide the tour or service.
In the event of force majeure (e.g., severe weather conditions, natural disasters, sudden operational or governmental restrictions) that prevents the execution of the tour, the SELLER will promptly notify the BUYER. In such cases, the BUYER has the right to request either a full refund, a reschedule to an alternative date, or a replacement tour of equivalent value.
Under the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts (Article 15/1-g), contracts relating to accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and services provided for leisure, recreation, or entertainment on a specific date or period are explicitly EXEMPT from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
Therefore, cancellations and refunds for any booked excursions are strictly governed by the SELLER’s official Delivery & Cancellation Policy.
As a general rule provided by the SELLER: Day tours canceled by the BUYER up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure will be accommodated according to the specific tour’s refund policy, whereas cancellations made within 12 hours of departure are strictly non-refundable.
In the implementation of this contract and the resolution of any disputes arising from it, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in Antalya, Türkiye (the jurisdiction of the SELLER) are the exclusively authorized legal bodies, functioning within the monetary limits declared annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.
