Delivery & Cancellation

All reservations and excursions booked through JoinExcursions.com are subject to Turkish Travel Agency Legislation (Law No: 1618) and The Consumer Protection Law (Law No: 4077), which has been updated to align with European Union Consumer Rights Legislation.


Booking Process

  • The person making the booking (the “Party Leader”) must be over 18 years old and authorized to book on behalf of all individuals in the group.

  • By submitting a booking, the Party Leader confirms that all group members, including parents or guardians of minors, agree to these terms.

  • The Party Leader is responsible for all payments related to the booking.

Payment

  • A full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • If payment is not received, the booking will be canceled, and cancellation charges may apply (see below).

  • Payments can be made via major credit cards (no extra charge) or PayPal.

  • All prices include VAT.

Booking Confirmation

  • Once your payment is processed and your chosen excursion is available, we will send a confirmation email with an invoice.

  • Please check this email carefully and notify us immediately if there are any errors.

  • We will also send an excursion ticket via email, which you must print or present digitally.

Website Pricing

  • Prices on our website may change due to exchange rate fluctuations or other factors.

  • The price on your booking confirmation is final unless you make changes to your booking.

Issuing of Tickets

  • Your excursion vouchers will be emailed to you immediately after booking (some exclusions apply).

  • Instructions on how to redeem your voucher will be included in the email.

Special Requests

  • If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

  • If a medical condition or disability may affect your booking, please inform us before confirming your reservation.

  • If we are unable to accommodate special needs, we may need to decline or cancel the booking.

Changes & Cancellations by You

Changes to Your Booking

  • If you wish to make changes after confirmation, contact us as soon as possible.

  • Changes may not always be possible, but if they are, an administration fee of £10 per amendment will be charged, along with any additional costs incurred by suppliers.

  • A new voucher will be issued, and the original voucher will be invalid.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a booking, contact us via phone or email. A cancellation invoice will be issued, and the cancellation takes effect from the date of that invoice.

  • If you attempt to use a canceled voucher, you will be liable to repay any refunded amount.

  • If no payment has been made, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover financial losses.

Changes & Cancellations by Us

  • We strive to deliver excursions as described but reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of an excursion without prior notice.

  • If a significant change or cancellation occurs, you will be given the choice to:

    1. Accept the change.

    2. Choose an alternative excursion of similar value.

    3. Cancel and receive a full refund.

  • Our liability is limited to the refund of monies paid and does not extend to additional compensation.

Passports & Visas

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct passport and visas required for entry into any country or attraction.

  • We are not responsible for denied entry due to missing documents.

  • For Rhodes, Kos Island, and Samos Island tours, you must bring your passport on the day of departure.

  • No visa is required for EU citizens traveling to these Greek islands, and there is no visa charge when returning to Turkey.
